Desert rose is a beautiful and classic cuadiciform succulent. They are easy to grow and in my experience can be forgiving if watered too much.
Don’t let them get below 40F— that’s my official opinion.
Let them get a little root bound before repoting them— but not too root-bound. Take the time and search on google or Facebook succulent groups for a good desert rose soil mix— the Facebook crowd love to share their soil recipes.
This is a plant that you can have and enjoy for years to come.
