Ordering & Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Policy

We are a small business with minimal staff and we're working hard to catch up with your orders.  If you experience a delay in response to your inquiry, we are working hard to respond as quickly as possible within 24 hours. Please understand that all orders are processed within 1 - 3 days upon purchased

We appreciate your patience and cooperation while we get back on track due to COVID19 issues. As we accept all your orders, all shipments and delivers occurs on weekdays during office hours around 9:00am - 6:00pm Monday to Friday.

If we are experiencing high volume orders expect delays from your shipment. Delays may take longer than a week and go beyond our initial shipping estimate.

Where We Ship To

We only ship within the United States at this time. We do not ship outside of the country. 

Pot Sizes, Plant Sizes

Unless specified, we ship established starter plants typically in 2 to 3 1/2" plastic nursery pots. Some items like Hoyas, some Bromeliads, Epiphyllums, Aroids and Rhipsalis/Succulents are/may be sent as mossed unrooted cuts (as they travel). Dormant bulbs maybe shipped out of pots depending on the season ordered. 

Often dormant bulbs are shipped in the pot in which they have been growing. We will include a label and write "dormant" on the label of this pot. Various hardy items may be shipped in liter size pots. 

Warranties

We warranty that our plants will be free of bugs and true to the name as far as we know from our research and sources. We guarantee that the plants will arrive to you in healthy condition and will be shipped ready for repotting. 

We cannot guarantee that you will be able to grow the plant you purchased from us. We cannot guarantee that a year later your plant will be growing. 

Email or call us after receiving your order. We will try to help you as much as we can. With different species of plants that we offer, we have no idea whether you will grow them successfully. That is part of the challenge of horticulture. Some of these plants can be a challenge to grow. So we recommend to have a room for the plants (Plant room, Grow lights, Greenhouse) to keep them healthy. 

We accept only online and internet orders at this time. 

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

We will send you an order confirmation after your purchase. Please allow us 1-3 days to process your order. To track your order, please use the link provided in your email. Or you can message us at south.murvaul.nursery@gmail.com for any tracking issues.

Customs, duties, and taxes

South Murvaul Succulents is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

Damages

South Murvaul Succulents is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support at south.murvaul.nursery@gmail.com directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material, order receipt and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns. Reviewing your order and shipping complaints will take a 1-3 days on case to case basis. For us to complete any refunds, please send us pictures of your order. Please refer to our Refund policy page for more information.

We will inform you if you are eligible for a refund.  The review will take 1 - 5 days on a case to case basis.  We do not guarantee that any issues from shipping that you will be able to get your refund. Payment times may take longer than usual so please be patient. 

At this time we are not sending replacement plants due to shipping costs. There are times that will need the plant to be returned to process a refund especially if there is something wrong with the plant that is against our information provided in the warranty. 

If there is nothing wrong with the plant and decided you don't need it anymore, we do not cover the return cost.
