Refund Policy

South Murvaul Nursery/South Murvaul Succulents does not guarantee any information located on our Website, Shopify location, any social media, or anywhere else to be accurate and factual. South Murvaul Nursery/South Murvaul Succulents does not offer or imply any warranty on plants/products offered. 

We inspect all plants/products before the packaging and shipping process begins. Only healthy plants/products are packaged and shipped to purchasers. With this being the case, we cannot warranty or control the plant/product’s health after it leaves our facilities. If you are not satisfied with your plant/product upon delivery, contact us immediately (within 3 days of item receipt). 

South Murvaul Nursery/South Murvaul Succulents may delay shipping if company management deems shipping hazardous due to weather conditions. If weather and temperatures are unfavorable for plant health, the purchaser is required to request shipping heat-pack be included with order shipment. The price of heat-pack will be charged to customer. The use of heat-pack in shipment does not guarantee plant/product will not be subject to unfavorable temperatures.

Provide us the following details: order receipt/invoice or transaction number, photographs of quality discrepancy, written description of quality discrepancy, 

In case of a refund, you can contact us at addressing your issues and attaching all your photos for review. Requesting refund without the product or order images will take the process longer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, if you receive the wrong item or incorrect quantities.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take at least 5 -14 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
